The defining part of- and the most dealbreaking parts of slushwave is its vocals. Usually, slowed down vocals are more uncanny to me than anything, but Desert Sands, and this album in particular turn what is usually a turnoff into one of the most spectacular musical pieces ever.
This whole album feels like you’ve been transported into a place transcending all known nations or environments, language or culture. This album leads you to explore your mind, and all the memories you’ve forgotten. Tancevat

Holy hell this album is magic. Desert Sand’s masterful control over bass shines through on this release, with more uptempo melodies and variety than typically seen on his releases. Just a killer album. Tancevat
